How to define an OCR Folder (hot folder)?

• Start the ForIT Solutions® ownOCR Server Configuration application
• Press the New OCR Folder Definition… button
• Type in a brief description about the OCR folder, for example ‘scanned documents’
• Define the input folder
• Optionally define the output, archive and error folders
• Choose at least one file type (extension) for processing
• Configure OCR settings, image processing, output
• Press the OK button
• Restart the service (press the Stop, then the Start button)
